Tina Felder, Luis Rangel Join Guaranty Bank in Neosho and Carthage

Guaranty Bank is pleased to announce that Tina Felder and Luis Rangel have joined Guaranty Bank as retail banking officers. Felder will lead Guaranty Bank’s branch location at 1285 S. Neosho Blvd. in Neosho, while Rangel will head up the bank’s 2435 Fairlawn Dr. banking center in Carthage.

Felder joins Guaranty Bank with more than a decade of banking experience. She began her career in 2006 with Bank of America, holding a variety of retail banking positions until joining Arvest Bank as a branch sales manager in 2013.

Rangel began his banking career in 2011 with Arvest, working for both the bank and its subsidiary Superior Finance for the last seven years. He was a senior processor for Arvest the past two years before joining Guaranty Bank.
