Rachael Godden, Kelly Ward Named Retail Banking Group Managers

Guaranty Bank is pleased to announce that Rachael Godden and Kelly Ward were recently named Springfield-area Retail Banking Group Managers.

Godden, who was also promoted to vice president, has more than 18 years of banking experience, beginning her career as a teller for Bank Midwest in 2000. She joined Guaranty Bank in 2004 as the retail banking officer for the bank’s west Kearney Street location and, in 2016, was promoted to assistant vice president and banking center manager. In 2017, she was named the retail banking officer for the bank’s new state-of-the-art facility at Farmers Park, which will remain her home office. She will help lead four Guaranty Bank locations on Springfield’s east side as well as one location in Ozark.

Ward joins Guaranty Bank as an assistant vice president with more than 11 years of banking experience. She joined Simmons First National Bank in 2007 as a senior financial representative. In 2012, she became an operations manager for Bank of America and, in 2016, was named a branch manager for U.S. Bank. Ward will office at the bank’s 2155 W. Republic Road banking center, where she will help lead three west-Springfield locations as well as two banking centers in Nixa.
