Kristen Petty Joins Guaranty Bank as Project/Program Manager

Guaranty Bank is pleased to announce that Kristen Petty has joined its Information Resources team as Project/Program Manager at the bank’s operations center in Springfield.

Petty has nearly 15 years of financial services experience, most recently as a business process analyst and team leader for strategy development and recertification at JPMorgan Chase in Springfield. She began her career in 2006, joining Chase as an account specialist. In 2008 she was promoted to credit card operations team leader and was named an IT senior business process analyst in 2014.

“Kristen’s combination of banking and leadership experience are a perfect fit for her role at Guaranty Bank,” said Nick Lofaro, chief information technology officer. “Her knowledge and skillset are in line with many of our overall strategic initiatives and will allow us to execute a variety of projects at a much higher and more efficient level. We are thrilled to welcome her to the Guaranty Bank team.”

Petty holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Studies from Southern New Hampshire University. She is very active in the community, volunteering with the American Legion.
