Katherine Dill Named Retail Banking Officer

Guaranty Bank is pleased to announce that Katherine Dill was recently promoted to Retail Banking Officer at the bank’s 2435 Fairlawn Drive location in Carthage.

Dill began her banking career in 2016 as a personal banker for then Hometown Bank. Following Guaranty Bank’s acquisition of Hometown in 2018, she was named a branch banker representative. Most recently she served as the assistant banking center manager at Guaranty Bank’s 312 W. Central Ave. location in Carthage.

“It’s always wonderful to be able to promote from within,” said Becky Purinton, retail banking group manager. “Katherine has excellent customer service and leadership skills and is well-deserving of this promotion. We look forward to her continued success.”

Dill is an active member of Soroptimist International of Carthage and serves on several internal Guaranty Bank committees including the Community Involvement Committee and the bank’s Thunderbird mentorship program.
