Kassie Pitts, Sarah Terral Named Assistant Retail Banking Managers

Guaranty Bank is pleased to announce that Kassie Pitts and Sarah Terral were recently promoted to Assistant Retail Banking Managers in the Springfield area.

“It’s always satisfying to be able to promote from within the organization,” said Stephanie Rutledge, Director of Consumer Sales & Customer Experience. “Kassie and Sarah are familiar faces in our Springfield banking centers and have played vital roles in our efforts to provide exceptional customer service. We look forward to their continued success in their new leadership positions.”

Pitts, who was promoted to Assistant Retail Banking Manager at the bank’s Farmers Park location, joined Guaranty Bank in 2016 as a teller. She was named a branch banker associate in 2017 when Guaranty Bank opened its state-of-the-art banking center at 2144 E. Republic Road in Farmers Park. In 2018, she was promoted to branch banker representative before being promoted to branch banker specialist in February of 2019. Pitts holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Missouri State University.

Terral, who was promoted to Assistant Retail Banking Manager at the bank’s 2155 W. Republic Road location, has more than 10 years of banking experience, all with Guaranty Bank. She began her career as a teller before earning promotions to branch banker representative and branch banker specialist. Terral holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Missouri State University.
