Jared Crawford & Kelsey Payne Join Guaranty Bank as Retail Banking Officers
Guaranty Bank is pleased to announce that Jared Crawford and Kelsey Payne have been named retail banking officers. Crawford will lead the bank’s 2109 N. Glenstone banking center, while Payne will helm the bank’s 4343 S. National location.
“Both Jared and Kelsey are key additions to our retail banking operations in Springfield and bring with them a terrific amount of experience and leadership,” said Stephanie Rutledge, director of consumer sales and customer experience. “They will both play a vital role in serving our current customers and growing relationships. We are thrilled to welcome them to Guaranty Bank and look forward to the great things they will accomplish.”
Crawford joins Guaranty Bank with four years of retail and commercial banking experience as well as three years of sales management and lending credit analysis experience. Crawford began his career in 2014 as a new vehicle sales manager for Berkshire Hathaway Motors. He joined Regions Bank in 2017 as a branch team leader and was named senior branch financial lender in 2018. He was most recently a senior financial branch team manager. Crawford holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Entertainment Management from Missouri State University and is a Missouri notary public. He is active in the community, volunteering with Least Of These food pantry in Ozark.
Payne joins Guaranty Bank with nearly 10 years of financial services experience. She began her career as a credit bureau specialist at JPMorgan Chase in Springfield. In 2016 she joined Central Trust Company as a trust administrative assistant. In 2018 she was named assistant branch manager for Central Bank of the Ozarks and was promoted to retail officer/banking center manager in 2019. She holds an associate’s degree from Ozarks Technical Community College, is also a Missouri notary public and volunteers regularly with Ozarks Food Harvest.
