Erik Dahlgren joins Guaranty Bank

Guaranty Bank is pleased to announce Erik Dahlgren as the newest addition to the consumer lending team. Dahlgren joins Guaranty Bank as an assistant vice president, consumer lender and underwriter.

Prior to joining Guaranty Bank, Dahlgren has amassed a diverse professional background, having worked in firefighting, information technology, and banking. He brings with him six years of banking experience, showcasing a versatile skill set that will be invaluable to the bank's consumer lending division.

Dahlgren has strong ties to the Springfield community, having graduated from Kickapoo High School and attended Ozarks Technical Community College. His deep-rooted connection to the area and commitment to community service make him a perfect fit for Guaranty Bank’s values and mission 

In addition to his professional achievements, Dahlgren is dedicated to giving back to the community. He enjoys volunteering at Ozarks Food Harvest and plans on joining the Wellness Committee at Guaranty Bank, further demonstrating his commitment to making a positive impact.
