Brittany Russom Promoted to Assistant Retail Banking Manager

Guaranty Bank is pleased to announce that Brittany Russom was recently promoted to Assistant Retail Banking Manager at the bank’s 2144 E. Republic Road location inside Springfield’s Farmers Park development.

Russom joined Guaranty Bank in 2014 as a teller at the bank’s 709 W. Mt. Vernon, Nixa, location. In 2016 she joined First State Community Bank in Rolla as a deposit service teller and rejoined Guaranty Bank in 2017 as a branch banker representative at the bank’s 1510 E. Sunshine location in Springfield. In 2019 she was promoted to branch banker specialist.

“We’re very excited about Brittany’s growth and professional development with Guaranty Bank,” said Stephanie Rutledge, director of consumer lending and customer experience. “Her customer service and leadership skills make a great fit for her new role and we know she’ll excel in it.”

Russom holds an Associate’s Degree in Business and Marketing from Ozarks Technical Community College as well as a business certification, also from OTC.
