Allison Kimes Promoted to AVP/HR Operations Officer

Guaranty Bank is pleased to announce that Allison Kimes was recently promoted to assistant vice president and human resources operations officer.

Kimes has more than seven years of banking experience and 16 years of HR experience. She joined Guaranty Bank as a talent acquisition and management specialist in 2016 and was promoted to HR operations lead in 2019. Kimes began her HR career in 2005 as a human resources representative with Redneck Trailer Supplies before joining Commerce Bank in 2014 as a talent management specialist.

“Allison has grown tremendously during her time at Guaranty Bank, providing thoughtful leadership, administrative expertise and careful oversight of essential functions like payroll, benefits, employee development and much more,” said Melissa Lloyd, human resources director. “We look forward to her continued success with the bank.”

Kimes holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Lyon College in Batesville, Ark., and a Master of Science degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Missouri State University in Springfield, Mo. She also holds the Professional in Human Resources certification from the HR Certification Institute.
